56 Stalls - 100 Exquisite Vegetarian Dishes from Hue
This year, the festival brings together 56 stalls from hotels, restaurants, and temples in and outside the city, showcasing over 100 distinctive vegetarian dishes to serve approximately 5,000 visitors.
Hue's vegetarian cuisine is renowned for its meticulous preparation, harmonious blend of flavors, colors, and nutritional value.
